We are a Modern Day Showgirl costume rental company. It Girls is full-service, providing everything a Street Performer needs to perform safely and efficiently. We provide training, transportation, scheduling, costumes, staff support, and an uplifting community. It Girls was created by Street Performers, for Street Performers.
It Girls & Co. was originally founded in 2015 as a small group of Street Performers. Since then, our company has evolved into a family of supportive, educated, committed and talented women! We take pride in our role in the Las Vegas community and strive to create a positive experience for our Street Performers as well as the tourists/people they meet/interact with.

How do I become an It Girl?
Our application process is easy, however, not everyone can wear the crown! In order to determine if It Girls is a right fit for both us and the performer, we use a three step process, and evaluate each applicant upon completion of each step. First, we start with interviews, then an orientation. Upon selection, you will go through our training program and learn from our top earners! Each applicant is required to test out at the end of their training.
How much can I earn?
This depends on you! We do not put a cap on what you can earn, so the sky’s the limit. We also offer bonuses for top earners and referrals.
Where do you perform?
We perform locally, on the Las Vegas strip and downtown at the Fremont Street Experience, and at private events as atmosphere models.
Can I hire It Girls?
